Want to know what program I'm using? It's Photoscape.
It is free and safe. Search at Google like below:
Next is open any results on your search. Don't be afraid
it is free. I prefer this one. If you don't see, this is the link:
Now in Photoscape, wanting to the tutorial? To edit a picture,
go to Editor. In it, you will see tons of helpful things you can use!
Choose your picture, board, wanting to decorate or edit. Choose
like below what I'm doing:
You can edit like tons of buttons. Effects, objects, glittering,
stickers, texts, bubbles, backgrounds and so much more!
To animate an object, like for television contests or any
animated- entry needed, Go to Animated GIF.
Like in editor, you also have to pick. But this time, you need
to drag them into the center. Those the things you are dragging
must be full edited already at editor.
Below is the editing look. Try to adjust seconds,
effects or animations. You can see this on the top part.
Below is the list of buttons where you can edit the effect of
the background, animation, and you can edit more setting here!
Here's a preview:
I only use editor and animation GIF. As I said, you can try
and explore many different things on this great editor! Photoshop
is great but many clicks. I can use the limited editors like this.

Hey creme, I cant get a pic of me in a pic, It says do you want to save changes to untitled? and i want a pic of me IN the pic. Help! D=

Yes Ebs :)) Photoscape is about content creativity while Photoshop is in establishing designs.
How i can Write in Photoscape? x)
